For the past twenty years, I've narrowed my focus to creating an exciting and engaging classroom experience as well as innovative asynchronous content that learners can really get something out of rather than just click 'Next.' My specialty is in the virtual world of online synchronous and asynchronous learning. It was an interesting road getting here, which I think is what most people who find themselves in a niche market might say. That niche market, however, is now a global market.

 

My background in training and education is varied; everything from teaching two-year-olds to use the bathroom to teaching millennials to solve customers' telecom troubleshooting questions, to helping leaders create effective virtual teams. All these experiences have one thing in common, finding a way to create learning connections from the information to the application.

 

I am a lover of learning. For as long as I can remember I've always sought out information and am a perpetual asker of questions. Before I begin any project, I dig in and conduct a thorough analysis of what problem the project leader is looking to solve. I look at the culture and environment of the learners and how they will be learning and then create an effective solution built on terminal goals. With the partnership of the client, we move to make that proposal a reality, leveraging the client's expertise and my skill in solutioning.
